Product photographs and representations are provided for illustrative purposes. Slight differences may exist, particularly in colours, depending on screens, materials or manufacturing processes.
Article 4 – Availability
Products are offered subject to available stock.
Fratellino holds limited stock of some products. Depending on the product and its availability, it may also be prepared or manufactured by a professional partner after the order is placed.
If a product is unavailable after an order has been confirmed, Fratellino informs the customer as soon as possible and offers, depending on the circumstances, an appropriate solution or a refund for the unavailable product.
Article 5 – Prices
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website when the order is placed.
They are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), unless otherwise indicated.
Any delivery charges are shown to the customer before final confirmation of the order.
Fratellino reserves the right to change its prices at any time. A subsequent price change does not, however, affect an order that has already been confirmed.
Article 6 – Orders
Customers select the products they wish to purchase and add them to their shopping cart.
Before finally confirming their order, customers can check its contents, price, any delivery charges and the information entered, and can correct any errors.
Final confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these CGV.
An order confirmation is sent to the customer at the email address they provided.
Fratellino reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the cases provided for by regulations, particularly in the event of obvious fraud or a payment incident.
Article 7 – Payment
Orders placed on the website are paid for by secure electronic payment through Stripe.
An order is considered paid only after payment has been confirmed by the provider.
Fratellino’s role does not involve retaining the customer’s complete card details.
If payment is refused, the order cannot be confirmed.
Article 8 – Manufacturing, preparation and dispatch by a partner
Some products sold by Fratellino are manufactured, prepared and/or dispatched by an independent professional partner.
Depending on the product and its availability, it may be taken from existing stock or prepared after the order is placed.
After the order is confirmed, Fratellino transmits to the partner the information strictly necessary to process it.
The partner may then dispatch the parcel directly to the address provided by the customer.
Fratellino remains the contractual seller of the product and the customer’s point of contact regarding their order.
Any request concerning, in particular, an order, delay, error, damaged product, return, guarantee or refund must therefore be addressed to Fratellino using the contact details provided in these CGV.

When acting as a consumer, the customer in principle has a statutory period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal for a distance purchase, subject to the exceptions provided for by law.
Customers do not have to give a reason for their decision.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify Fratellino of their decision by means of an unambiguous statement expressing their wish to withdraw.
The return procedure and address are then communicated to them.
Customers must not return a product to the manufacturer or to another address on their own initiative without first obtaining return instructions from Fratellino.
Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold, subject to the handling necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
